Some of the most memorable conference sessions come from real-world problem solvers, teams navigating a major migration, designers building accessible components, or developers streamlining daily workflows.

Bringing DrupalAsia Connect to Mumbai offers a dedicated regional platform to highlight the incredible innovation happening across Asia. It is a space designed for local teams, regional agencies, and emerging speakers to share their successes, celebrate their work, and inspire peers from across the open web.

What makes a great community talk?

You do not need years of public speaking experience or flawless slides to submit a proposal. What matters most is sharing practical insights that help fellow community members in their daily work.

Great proposals usually focus on clear, actionable angles:

• Real-world case studies: What problem did your team face, what trade-offs did you evaluate, and how did you solve it?
• Practical workflows: How do you approach site building, design systems, decoupled architectures, or team leadership in your day-to-day work?
• Lessons learned: What challenges arose during a project rollout, and what takeaways can others apply?
• Future-focused ideas: How are you applying AI, open-source models, accessibility standards, or digital sovereignty in production?

Whether your topic fits into software development, design, business strategy, or community health, if it helped you or your team grow, it will help someone else.
