Our team is working with IIT Bombay on visa-related documentation and guidance. We'll share updates here to help you plan your visit with confidence.

If you're joining us from outside India as an attendee, speaker, or sponsor delegate, please complete the international delegate form to support conference clearance arrangements.
Please note: Submitting this form does not confirm event registration, participation, an invitation letter, or visa approval.
Your privacy matters: Your information will be accessible only to authorized coordinators and may be shared with IIT Bombay and relevant Indian government authorities for conference clearance purposes.

We know visas take time
We know that applying for a visa takes time, and we want to help our international community plan their visit with confidence.
The organizing team is working in coordination with IIT Bombay to facilitate the necessary conference documentation and provide clear guidance on visa requirements and invitation letters.
We're making good progress and aim to share detailed visa guidance by mid-November 2026. We'll keep you updated here and through our announcements.

Check your passport
Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of arrival in India and has at least two blank pages.
