Audit tools tell you what is wrong with a Drupal site today. They can't tell you whether it is getting better or worse, and they don't give a CI pipeline or an AI agent an answer it can trust without scraping text.
Site Doctor is an open-source Drupal 11 module built on one rule: a diagnostic check returns structured data, never prose, and every surface is a projection of that same result. This session follows a single finding through three consumers: the report page a human reads, the exit code a pipeline gates on, and the output an AI agent consumes.
Along the way you will see how stable fingerprints let a site remember what it found, why "not applicable" must never look like a pass, and what an agent needs from a module: self-describing output, bounded evidence and declared scope, all without the module making a single AI call.
